These Terms apply specifically to Missile Dodge 2D: Sky Survival, the Android game published on Google Play by
Affan Bajwa. They cover your licence to play, purchases, ads and the leaderboard.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Affan Bajwa, an individual developer, and they apply specifically to Missile Dodge 2D: Sky Survival (Google Play package com.affanbajwa.dodgethemissiles). By downloading, installing or playing the game, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
How the game handles data is described separately, in the Missile Dodge Privacy Policy.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you control, for your own entertainment. You are not buying the game itself, and this licence can be withdrawn if you break these Terms.
The game offers in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Faster reload Lv 2 and Lv 3 are one-time purchases, and can be restored from Profile › Restore purchases. The $2M and $6M game money packs and the 50,000 lbs fuel pack are consumable, which means they are used up in the game once granted.
Game money, fuel and other in-game items are virtual items. They have no real-world value, they cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred to another person or account, and you do not own them outside the game.
Purchases are not refundable, except where the law or Google Play's refund policy requires a refund. Google handles payment and refunds, not us.
Virtual items, their prices and what they do may change when the game is updated, and items may be adjusted or removed in later versions of the game.
The game shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one, by tapping "Watch ad" in the Store to unlock a jet for 24 hours or to get resources. Watching is always optional, and there are no banner ads or interstitials.
Ads are supplied by a third-party ad network, so we cannot guarantee that an ad is available at any given moment, and we are not responsible for the content of the ads themselves. If an ad cannot be shown or is not watched through to the end, the reward may not be granted.
When you finish a Survival run, your call sign, survival time and chosen flag can appear on the public weekly and all-time leaderboards. By playing, you agree that this information may be shown publicly to other players.

Scores that appear to be cheated, tampered with, or otherwise implausible may be removed from the leaderboards, and the entry behind them may be removed as well.

The game, including its code, artwork, audio, menus and store artwork, belongs to Affan Bajwa, except for third-party components used under their own licences.
The jets and missiles in the game are named after real aircraft and real weapons, and those names are used descriptively, to say what each in-game item is modelled on. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any aircraft manufacturer, weapons manufacturer, armed force or government, and no such affiliation is implied. All trademarks named belong to their respective owners.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the game will always be available, that it will be free of bugs, or that ads, purchases or the leaderboard will always work, since those depend on your internet connection and on third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress, lost virtual items, or data charges from your mobile provider. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement under the law of your country of residence.
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your access to the leaderboard, or to the game, if you break these Terms. Purchases already granted are not refunded on termination, except where the law or Google Play's refund policy requires it.
These Terms may be updated as the game changes. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
