Capital Stake, CS Solutions (Private) Limited, is a web-based company providing unbiased and independent analytics on companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Capital Stake aims to empower investors and the general public to make timely and accurate decisions by giving them all the data, analytics, and insights on a single platform.
Capital Stake provides services to clients of more than 15 leading brokerage houses in the country. Capital Stake has also partnered with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) to enable its analytics for users of the KITS terminal. Capital Stake also powers the data portal of PSX (dps.psx.com.pk)
The old website was outdated and put together in-house without design-related inputs. My challenge for this project was to provide site visitors with a better understanding of the product offerings and how these can be tailored to visitors' specific needs.
The old website did not highlight the value proposition clearly, and visitors often did not get to see all the solutions that CapitalStake offers.
By working closely with the CapitalStake team and getting constant feedback about users, I proposed a solution in the form of a user-friendly and engaging website.
Various animations and micro-interactions are put throughout the CapitalStake website. Illustrations and visual components represented their different platforms, services, and experiences.
I had to learn about each platform and solution, identify customer needs, and guide them to the right products. The new user experience makes it more convenient for the user to understand the five different platforms and services in a better way.
The project was kickoff by having several meetings with the CapitalStake team. I carried out the following step:
On our old website, we were losing conversions and leads. We hired Affan for the redesign of our outdated company website. At first, we were not sure about the approach. But Affan shared with us a few ideas and presented us few different design variants. After launching the new designs, there was a significant increase in inquiries and sales conversion.
