The Challenge

The following High-level goals were required to be meet:

Enable companies to establish a culture of learning and development by making a wide range of learning resources available to all employees.
Assess individual skill levels, capture the employees' aspirations and quarterly goals, and, based on that, recommend curated learning opportunities like (online) courses, workshops, books, and podcasts.
Provide guidance to find the right learning resources reviewed by peers, thereby encouraging exchange on learning topics amongst colleagues.

My Role

I started designing the Cerise experience by conducting and analyzing various competitors offering B2b employee training and learning platforms.

After identifying current pain points, pixel-perfect designs were developed via a series of iterative design processes.
